A unibrow model is the new face of a saucy lingerie brand and she’s on a mission to show all women are sᴇxʏ.
Beauty activist and model Sophia Hadjipanteli strutted her stuff for the camera as she slipped into gorgeous undies by lingerie and Sєxual wellness brand Playful Promises.
The brand – which flogs bras in up to 80 sizes – is on a mission to reject societal expectations and empower women to embrace their uniqueness.
It recently launched its “Beauty is Trendless” edit in partnership with Greek Cypriot beauty activist and model, Sophia, as part of its mission to reject societal expectations and embrace uniqueness.
Sophia is founder of the #unibrowmovement – a showcase of female empowerment that reminds women beauty is trendless.
She proudly wears her unibrow to represent her heritage and culture, which led her to start a body positive movement showcasing beauty cannot be defined by trends or societal expectations.
Instead, she challenges traditional beauty standards and promotes self-love and natural beauty.
She works to highlight that true beauty comes from within, and Playful Promises’ latest range celebrates the “anti-trends”.
The aim is to challenge traditional images of body types promoted today, and the collaboration with Sophia is inspired by renaissance paintings, which are often praised for their realistic depictions of female bodies.
Playful Promises believes women can “use lingerie as a tool to ᴀssert control over their bodies and express their Sєxuality”.
By choosing what to wear and how to present themselves, women can take control of their own narrative and use lingerie as a symbol of female empowerment – transforming past narratives just as Sophia has.
The range includes a new edit offering a selection of lingerie and nightwear, featuring lush embroidery, velvets and texture with confidence and comfort in mind.
Announcing her involvement with the project on Instagram, Sophia said: “I AM SO EXCITED to announce my first edit with @playfulpromises!!!
“I picked out some of my favourite pieces from the collection that I think you angels will love!
“As you guys know, I LOVE lingerie, and I am a big fan of Playful Promises for their celebration of all women.
“We want to state loud and clear – Beauty is Trendless!”
