Lottie Moss vows to get face tattoo removed as it reminds her of ‘darker times’

Lottie Moss, the younger half-sister of supermodel Kate Moss, has announced her decision to have her face tattoo removed just four months after getting it done.

The OnlyFans star had the word “Lover” inked below her eye in Bali while under the influence of alcohol.

At the time, she defended the tattoo, saying it represented her newfound freedom and self-expression after years of feeling “controlled”.

However, Lottie has now told close friends that the tattoo signifies a negative time in her life and wants to erase all traces of it from her body.

A source close to Lottie told MailOnline: “She fully embraced her Lover inking but now she just wants it gone and has been covering it up with makeup for events and pH๏τoshoots.

“For her now, it signifies a time in her life when she wasn’t as strong, but she’s begun a new chapter since and wants the tattoo, which is a reminder of a darker time, removed for good.”

Despite having previously defended her decision to get the tattoo, Lottie is now determined to remove it and start afresh.

She has reportedly been undergoing laser tattoo removal treatment to erase the inking completely.

Lottie has been open about her struggles with drug addiction and mental health in recent years.

She has described her life as a “crazy whirlwind” since being scouted in the modelling industry at the age of 13 and has spoken candidly about the difficulties she faced as a young model.

“As the pressure from the industry became unbearable, I fell into a deep depression. I didn’t want to show up for work; I couldn’t. And I got blamed for it,” she wrote in an article for Glamour magazine.

After leaving the modelling agency Storm, Lottie has focused her work on OnlyFans, where she feels “safe” and in control of her content.

She has also been candid about her experiences in rehab and has urged her followers to seek help if they are struggling with addiction or mental health issues.

Despite the challenges she has faced, Lottie is optimistic about her future and determined to move on from the past.

At the recent launch of PrettyLittleThing’s London showroom, she covered up her face tattoo and joked about her look.

“When I want to go for a classier vibe, I cover up my face tattoo and dress like a Little House on the Prairie, like ʙuттer wouldn’t melt, like she’s so innocent and she never got a face tattoo in Bali after two drinks…” she quipped on Instagram.
