Actress and singer Bella Thorne posted an Instagram video promoting her new single on Tuesday, but it didn’t exactly go according to plan. In the clip, Bella dances as she shows off her bare midriff.
She was supposed to be dancing to her new song “Lonely.” The only problem? There was no sound on the video. Check it out below, and see how Bella responded to the mishap.
Bella Thorne Dances With No Music On Instagram
In the video, Bella turns around to twerk for the camera and then pulls her shirt up to show more skin. She seems to really be enjoying whatever music she’s listening to. Unfortunately, those of us watching aren’t able to hear it.
“Wow legit just noticed this video doesn’t have sound wtf insta!?!” Bella wrote in the video’s caption. She still took the opportunity to plug her single, writing, “Everyone go listen to my song lonely.”
Bella’s followers didn’t seem to mind that the music was missing, as they posted fire emojis and heart eyes. One person even called her “iconic.” Luckily, Bella was able to post the same video on Instagram stories, this time with music.
Bella Releases New Single Called ‘Lonely’
Bella recently released a song called “Lonely,” with a music video to go with it. In the clip, she dances in a bubble bath and sings along with the song while wearing lingerie. The lyrics revolve around the line, “I only check my phone when I’m lonely and horny.”
Unfortunately for Bella, people were apparently less enthusiastic about the song than they were about her recent Instagram post. The music video currently has 12,000 dislikes.
“Didn’t the producers hear this song as she was singing,” one commenter wrote. “Who ever produced this song has ruined his career.” Another called it “the worst song I’ve ever heard.”
Yikes. With that kind of reaction, maybe it’s a good thing Bella’s Instagram video didn’t have sound.
