Fans believe ther’s tension between Kim, 42, and Kourtney Kardashian, 43, following Kim’s speech at her sister’s wedding
Following a recent one-off episode of The Kardashians, fans were given an insightful glimpse into Kourtney and Travis’ star-studded wedding in May last year.
At the wedding, Kim gave the audience a speech, saying: “I just wanted to welcome everyone here to Italy for Kourtney and Travis.
“Seriously, you brought us along in your fairytale, and there’s really no love story like you guys.”
Kim added: “It’s a movie. It’s the cutest. You guys are the best, and we all wish you so much love and happiness.”
Despite her thoughtful words, some eagle-eyed fans noticed Kim’s “weird tone” as she delivered her message.
One user tweeted: “The speech was awful too. ‘You guys are so cute’ These are two ᴀᴅuʟтs in their 40s getting married. You are also a woman in her 40s.”
Another penned: “Even Kim’s tone in how she gave the wedding night speech seemed weeeeird.”
“Why are you giving a speech you would have expected to come from a teen girl?” a third wrote.
A fourth typed: “I am watching Kourtney’s wedding special, and I can’t help but notice the tension between Kim and Kourtney. I didn’t believe rumours about how damaged their relationship was until now.”
Elsewhere in the episode, Kourtney told viewers how much her mum, Kris Jenner’s gift meant to her.
The 67-year-old momager gifted her daughter her late husband Robert Kardashian’s ring to her to wear on the day.
“She gave me her wedding ring from my dad,” Kourtney emotionally said.
Adding: “When my dad died, I remember thinking like, ‘I never wanna get married because my dad isn’t there to walk me down the aisle,’ so that gift meant so much.”
It comes after Kim stunned the showbiz world on Monday (April 10) by announcing she has landed a role in season 12 of American Horror Story, which airs on Disney Plus.
The reality star is set to feature alongside actress Emma Roberts when filming begins in May, according to a short video on her Instagram story.
